Make CONNECTIONS – A Celebration for ELEPHANTS and ALL Endangered Wildlife

RARE OPPORTUNITY
to have so many AMAZING SPEAKERS TOGETHER!

The past six months have brought about drastic changes in environmental protection and wildlife preservation! Changes in policy will have a perverse effect, not only on us here in California but, all around the world.

To help bring awareness to the Greater Sacramento area, we are expanding our usual celebration for International Elephants Day by broadening our program to include ALL endangered environment and wildlife.

Our 2nd Ivory Surrender, A Celebration for Elephants and ALL Endangered Species, will be on:

Date:       Saturday, August 12, 2017

Time:    10:30am to 3:00pm

Venue:  North side of the California State Capitol.

This years speakers represent science, research, and those that bring the issues and solutions to light through film. They’ll share their expertise, experiences, projects and view for the future.

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife Services (CAD-FWS) will be on hand to share their efforts in enforcing AB96, the lat that went into effect, July 1, 2016 banning the importation/sales of ivory.

Global change begins when local communities have access to information and rise up in awareness. Like a delicate chain, we are all connected. Remove one link and the chain weakens for us all.

We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity. We look forward to seeing you there.
